Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Covid-19 Pasca Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap Covid-19 pascapelaksanaan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) 4 level. Persepsi tersebut meliputi persepsi tentang bahaya penyakit Covid-19, penerimaan terhadap vaksinasi Covid-19, tanggapan atas kemungkinan munculnya varian baru Covid-19 dan respons terhadap kehidupan sosial yang normal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan mulai tanggal 25 sampai 31 Oktober 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google form. Link untuk pengisian tersebut dipublikasikan melalui media sosial dan aplikasi pesan WhatsApp. Umur responden dibatasi antara 17 – 65 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat sangat menyadari bahaya penyakit Covid-19 dan khawatir tertular, dengan persentase sebesar 64,5%. Masyarakat juga mengkhawatirkan munculnya varian baru Covid-19 yang bisa memicu serangan Covid-19 gelombang ketiga, dengan persentase sebesar 74,2%. Masyarakat menyadari dan sangat percaya pentingnya vaksinasi Covid-19 untuk mengatasi penyakit Covid-19, dengan persentase sebesar 90,7% dan sebagian besar (96,9%) sudah melaksanakan vaksinasi. Pelaksanaan vaksin sebagian besar dilakukan saat terjadinya puncak serangan Covid-19. Berkurangnya jumlah kasus penularan Covid-19 akhir-akhir ini membuat sebagian besar responden berpendapat bahwa sudah waktunya berbagai aktivitas mulai dilaksanakan lagi, misalnya kegiatan keagamaan, pembelajaran tatap muka, maupun kegiatan lainnya di tempat umum dengan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan.
