PENGARUH MOTIVASI PADA AKSEPTABILITAS BRILIAN MENGGUNAKAN UTAUT MODEL

Motivasi merupakan energi dalam diri seseorang yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan. Kemauan menggunakan teknologi untuk membantu belajar juga membutuhkan motivasi. Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan motivasi dalam model UTAUT dan pengaruhnya pada akseptabilitas penggunaan Brilian serta menguji pengaruh gender pada minat pemanfaatan dan perilaku penggunaan Brilian. Penelitian dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 291 orang mahasiswa jurusan sistem informasi Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya dan diuji menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa model UTAUT menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan antara motivasi dan akseptabilitas Brilian. Motivasi (intrinsic dan ekstrinsik) dinyatakan memiliki keterkaitan yang signifikan dan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan Brilian sedangkan faktor gender tidak mempengaruhi akseptabilitas Brilian.
