Arsitektur Enterprise untuk Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat berdasarkan The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) (Enterprise Architecture for Non-Governmantal Organization based on The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF))

Abstract
Tata kelola TI pada organisasi kecil menengah pada satu dekade terakhir telah menyoroti beberapa fokus tata kelola TI, salah satunya adalah kecukupan kerangka kerja pada hal-hal yang organisasilakukan. Kerangka kerja seperti The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), dapat memberikanorganisasi suatu dasar untuk mengelola teknologi informasi. Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) memiliki beberapa program yang dilakukan sehari-hari, yaitu advokasi, promosi dan edukasi hak anak, pemberdayaan dan pendampingan, penguatan organisasi dan pengembangan jaringan organisasi. Pada studi kali ini, kami menemukan permasalahan dalam penerapan rancangan arsitektur bisnis, proses bisnis pada LSM ternyata memiliki proses bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Untuk itu kami melakukan studi mendalam dengan menerapkan BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) dan Porter’s Value Chain. Penerapan kedua metode ini berhasil menjabarkan proses bisnis berjalan dan memudahkan dalam penjabaran dan perancangan pada tahapan-tahapan TOGAF selanjutnya. Sehingga, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat dipetakan dan bermanfaat dari sisi strategis dan operasional LSM.
