Crisis Management in Public Relations: Meta-Synthesis Analysis of Online Activism

Abstract

Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi public relations dalam menangani krisis yang di alami oleh organisasi dalam bentuk aktivisme online. Aktivisme online merupakan gerakan digital massal yang berpotensi memberikan ancaman kepada reputasi organisasi. Aktivisme online ini merupakan wujud dari kesenjangan ekspektasi publik yang tidak sesuai dengan realitas sosial sebuah organisasi. Melalui metode analisis meta-sintesis, systematic review ini mengupas konsep aktivisme online dari beberapa jurnal yang berbeda dan mengelaborasi hasil kajian dengan teori dan konsep kehumasan dalam manajemen krisis. Konsep manajemen yang tepat sasaran dapat mengatasi permasalahan aktivisme online tersebut
