Abstract
ABSTRACT
This article presents the construction of KPK role in online news regarding corruption case. Frame model used is the one introduced by Robert Entmant. The research shows that there are two main construction in three online news. First, militancy of KPK, and its role as opposision towards illegal power of government. Second, frame of KPK as anti-elite organizations. It makes up KPK role in the eradication of corruption conducted by elites. Theoretically, research should be conducted to analyze news about KPK because of plentifulness of corruption cases. Practically, media should support news about the truth. News about corruption should not be exclusivly constructed or oppose law or universal justice.

ABSTRAK
Tulisan ini menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang konstruksirealitas peran KPK dalam pemberitaan online terkait kasus korupsi. Framing Robert Entmant dipakai sebagai perangkat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat dilihat dua konstruksi utama dalam ketiga berita online. Pertama konstruksi bingkai militansi KPK, peran KPK sebagai opsi oposisi terhadap kekuatan penguasa atau pemerintah yang bergerak tidak pada nilai proses hukum tetapi pada nilai-nilai universal demokrasi. Kedua, konstruksi bingkai KPK sebagai organisasi anti elitis, ini merupakan konstruksi peran KPK sebagai bentuk perlawanannya kepada korupsi yang memang merupakan perilaku elite. Secara teoritis perlu dilakukan kajian wacana lebih dalam terkait pemberitaan tentang KPK, mengingat kasus yang banyak dan bergulir. Secara praktis bahwa media sebaiknya memberikan pemberitaan yang mendukung kebenaran. Dimana pemberitaan tentang korupsi jangan dijadikan sebuah konstruksi elitis ataupun konstruksi yang membangun opini tertentu yang menonjolkan sisi berlawanan dengan pengakuan hukum atau keadilan universal.
