ANALISIS SURVEY FAKTOR-FAKTOR KNOWLEDGE SHARING DENGAN TEKNIK FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION (FGD) DI STIKOM MEDAN

Knowledge sharing dalam suatu institusi perguruan tinggi mutlak diperlukan. Peran civitas akademika dalam knowledge sharing dipengaruhi 3 faktor : pertama faktor organisasi terdiri dari budaya organisasi dan reward, kedua faktor individu terdiri dari self efficacy, hasil yang diharapkan dan kaidah timbal balik, ketiga faktor teknologi yaitu TIK. Ketiga faktor diterapkan pada survey responden mahasiswa dan dosen dengan teknik FGD. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruh mahasiswa STIKOM Medan menyatakan bahwa faktor teknologi dengan prosentase 76,64% adalah faktor paling mempengaruhi dan bahkan untuk responden dosen menunjukkan bahwa 100% dosen mutlak menyatakan bahwa faktor teknologi adalah faktor paling mempengaruhi proses knowledge sharing. Sedangkan faktor organisasi dan individu merupakan faktor berpengaruh positif dalam knowledge sharing. Hasil analisis penelitian bisa dijadikan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh pimpinan perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan mutu perguruan tinggi.
