Author Guidelines

All manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the Jurnal IPTEKKOM’s online system. The submission of manuscripts to Jurnal IPTEK-KOM is to be forwarded through eJournal IPTEK-KOM. Notifications regarding manuscript revision, acceptance or rejection will be sent by the Editors to the authors through corresponding email. The revised manuscripts from the Editors and Peer Reviewers are resubmitted by the authors to the editors through eJournal IPTEK-KOM.

Guide for online submitting:

  • Authors should register him/herself on eJournal IPTEK-KOM
  • After registering, authors are then able to login to eJournal IPTEK-KOM
  • On Home page, authors are able to start a new submission through 5 (five) steps: 1) Initiate manuscript submission; 2) Upload a manuscript; 3) Write meta-data; 4) Upload additional file; 5) Send a confirmation

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The manuscript has not been published and/or is in the process of publishing in other journals

  • The manuscript is sent in Microsoft Word format and has been in accordance with the IPTEK-KOM Journal template

  • The author agrees to the provisions in the IPTEK-KOM Journal. The manuscript may not be sent to other journals before the decision of the editorial board.

  • The author has read Publication Ethics. The author has submitted his/her manuscript concisely and honestly, without any violations concerning duplications, fabrications, falsifications, and plagiarism in publication.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Author (s) hold copyrights and retain copyrights of articles if the article is accepted for publishing.
  2. The author grants the journal, right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  3.
