Abstract
Model ideal manajemen TIK dalam operasional penanggulangan bencana mensyaratkan adanya penambahan Bagian Urusan Teknologi dalam struktur Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD). Bagian ini nantinya akan memiliki dua seksi, yakni Seksi Operasional Administrasi dan Seksi Operasional Lapangan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk membuktikan efektivitas model tersebut melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pengelolaan TIK yang menambahkan bidang TIK pada struktur BPBD terbukti memiliki kehandalan pada masa aman, masa bencana dan masa pascabencana.
