Pengaruh Critical Success Factors terhadap Keberhasilan E-Learning dalam Mendukung Pembelajaran : Systematic Literature Review

Abstrak

E-learning dinilai kurang berhasil untuk menggantikan metode pembelajaran normal ditengah dampak pandemi COVID 19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan mengenai apa yang menjadi critical success factors (CSF) dari keberhasilan penerapan e-learning. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Systematic Literature Review. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan literatur sistematis, Peneliti menemukan 162 artikel Scopus dalam pencarian menggunakan Publish or Perish dengan Scopus Search yang kemudian disaring menjadi 13 artikel terpilih untuk dianalisis secara deskriptif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 23 faktor yang dibagi kedalam lima domain yaitu siswa, intruktur, desain dan konten, sistem dan teknologi serta institusi yang dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam penerapan ataupun pengembangan metode pembelajaran e-learning.
