Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Sebagai Alat Komunikasi Strategis Oleh Menteri Di Indonesia

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akun media sosial Menteri di Indonesia sebagai alat penyampaian informasi kepada publik. Kami menganalisis dua akun Twitter Menteri Indonesia yang dinilai memiliki gaya milenial dan aktif di media sosial, yaitu Erick Tohir selaku Menteri BUMN dan Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno selaku Menteri Priwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Data yang diperoleh merupakan postingan Twitter kedua Menteri dari September 2019 hingga Juni 2023. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis konten kualitatif dengan alat analisis Nvivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Erick Tohir menyampaikan sejumlah informasi tentang kerjasama global, peningkatan dividen, dan peran BUMN untuk masyarakat. Sedangkan Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno memberikan informasi sejumlah kerjasama hubungan bilateral, ekonomi kreatif, serta kunjungan ke berbagai destinasi unggulan. Dengan memperhatikan jumlah komentar, retweet, like, dan penayangan pada rata-rata postingan, kami menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi yang dilakukan Erick Tohir di Twitter memiki respon publik yang lebih besar dari pada Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno.
