Analisis Model UTAUT pada Adopsi TIK di Institusi Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU)

Abstrak
Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada manajemen instansi pemerintah. Untuk mempertahankan kinerja karyawan yang optimal, telah dilakukan upaya untuk mengadopsi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting sebagai alternatif media komunikasi organisasi di lingkungan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU). Namun, kualitas implementasi berbasis aplikasi ini perlu dievaluasi untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahannya agar penggunaannya dapat relevan dengan tujuan organisasi. Evaluasi ini menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang dipadukan dengan konstruk zona waktu.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 254 responden yang diambil teknik voluntary response convenience dari internal lembaga KPU (mencakup 34 provinsi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima konstruk UTAUT, performance expectancy dan facilitation conditions berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intentions karyawan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting di masa pandemi Covid-19. Sebagai perbandingan, tiga konstruksi lainnya memiliki efek sebaliknya.
