Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi dan kebermaknaan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah iklim komunikasi organisasi dan kebermaknaan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan..Metode 1yang 1digunakan 1dalam penelitian1 1ini 1adalah kuantitatif  eksplanasi, dengan1 melibatkan 366 anggota populasi tendik yang berstatus sebagai PNS.  Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa iklim komunikasi organisasi dan kebermaknaan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap kajian mengenai komitmen organisasi PNS yang dipengaruhi oleh iklim komunikasi dan kebermaknaan kerja
