Studi Komparasi Pengembangan e-Government Negara-Negara Anggota Perserikatan Bangsa Bangsa untuk Mendukung Pengembangan e-Government di Indonesia

Abstract
Studi ini menggunakan data 10 negara anggota PBB peringkat tertinggi di dunia yang diambil dari data UNPAN (United Nations Public Administration Network) mengenai e-Government survei tahun 2012, dengan tujuan mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan peringkat dan komparasi antara negara-negara anggota PBB dalam pengembangan e-Government-nya. Metode analisisnya melalui Uji statistik Krushal-Wallis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan peringkat negara-negara anggota PBB yang signifikan dalam pengembangan e-Government berdasarkan komponen layanan online, komponen infrastruktur telekomunikasi, dan komponen sumber daya manusia; (2) Republik Korea menduduki peringkat pertama dalam pengembangan e-Government di tingkat dunia, diikuti oleh Belanda, Inggris, Denmark, Amerika Serikat, Perancis, Swedia, Norwegia, Firlandia, dan Singapura; dan (3) Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-97 di tingkat dunia dan peringkat ke-7 di tingkat ASEAN, sehingga tertinggal jauh dibanding negara-negara anggota PBB lainnya, baik di tingkat dunia maupun di tingkat ASEAN.
