Media sosial telah menjadi ruang dan modal sosial bagi Generasi Z. Meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial juga memiliki banyak permasalahan yang mengikutinya. Salah satunya komersialisasi data pribadi oleh perusahaan media sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa bagaimana manajemen privasi Generasi Z dalam menghadapi fenomena komersialisasi data pribadi di media sosial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Responden adalah generasi Z dengan rentang kelahiran 1995-2010 yang tersebar di Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori manajemen privasi integratif yang menghubungkan manajemen privasi obyektif dan subyektif.  Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pengguna media sosial membaca secara seksama syarat-syarat dalam media sosial sebelum menggunakannya dan menyadari tentang apa yang dilakukan dengan data pribadi mereka. Hal itu berpengaruh pada bagaimana pengguna memperdulikan dengan data pribadi mereka yang dirilis dalam media sosial.
