Delegitimation of Komnas Perempuan's Discourse on Sexual Violence in the Ferdy's Sambo Case

Abstrak
Artikel ini melihat fenomena "hujatan" warganet atas pernyataan Komnas Perempuan tentang dugaan kekerasan seksual yang dialami istri Ferdy Sambo sebagai bentuk delegitimasi melalui wacana. Hal ini mengacu pada konsep legitimasi sebagai praktif diskursif yang memungkinkan mengalami delegitimasi melalui mekanisme opisisi. Delegitimasi dilakukan melalui tiga komponen pembentuk legitimasi wacana antara lain aspek otoritas, rasionalitas dan simbolik. Metode penelitian adalah studi kasus data postingan warganet di Twitter terkait Komnas Perempuan menggunakan alat esktrasi big data media sosial Intelligent Socio Analytic (ISA) sepanjang 1-10 September 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukan delegitimasi wacana pada dimensi otoritas dilakukan dengan memposisikan Komnas Perempuan mendukung narasi Polisi. Pada dimensi rasionalitas, wacana Komnas Perempuan disebut melindungi pelaku pembunuhan dan tidak berpihak pada keluarga korban. Sementara, pada dimensi simbolik yakni dengan menyebut Komnas Perempuan sama dengan lembaga lain yang lemah menghadapi kekuasaan dan bisa disuap. Di era digital, deligitimasi wacana dapat menjadi bagian dari penguatan maupun pelemahan otoritas digital publik.
